ClinicalKey Experience Tour
As the world’s largest publisher of health and science information, Elsevier wanted to make a meaningful impact on their end-user audience with the launch of ClinicalKey, their premiere online clinical search engine.
Our mission: intersect and impress physicians and hospital administrators, educating them on the benefits of ClinicalKey. The challenge was one of access – how do you bypass the traditional healthcare sales funnel to reach individuals with genuine interest? To liberate the Elsevier brand from free trials and online demonstrations, Switch created a mobile experience that could engage physicians and hospital administrators one-on-one.

The tour brought ClinicalKey to life in a strong, immediate and memorable fashion, reaching far beyond the initial sales layer. Specially-trained Switch field brand reps highlighted the ClinicalKey difference with hands-on demonstrations, delivering data-supported features and benefits within the context of how and where ClinicalKey is used.

This award-winning activation generated ground level interest that motivated decision-makers to take action. The first-of-its-kind mobile experience visited hospital grounds, med schools and key audience conferences all over the U.S. and Canada.
